AUTO parts maker Ingress Corp Bhd has received approval from sukuk holders to extend the maturity date of the first sukuk tranche of RM50 million due on July 9, 2009 to January 9, 2010.

The six-month extension will let Ingress formulate and finalise a comprehensive financial restructuring plan for the whole group.
