Aged 60, a Malaysian appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director since 23 October 2000. He has 28 years of experience in the financial sector. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master in Business Administration as well as Specialised Masters in Consulting and Coaching and is currently pursuing a Doctoral Research at the Vrije Universities, Amsterdam.

He also sits on the Board of several other private limited companies.

He is the Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees and a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
