Job Description

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, he/she will be responsible among others:

  1. TRAINING MANAGEMENT
  • To coordinate new employee orientation/ induction program.
  • To coordinate Training Needs Analysis
  • To coordinate industrial training student placement.
  • To monitor training implementation and evaluation.
  • To coordinate On-the Job Training (OJT).
  • To monitor training budget and utilization.
  • To maintain training policy.
  • To monitor HRD Corp (HRDF) contribution and claim.
  • To coordinate Program Assessment & Evaluation.
  • To prepare necessary report as requested by superior.

  1. CURRICULUM, MODULES, TRAINING TECHNOLOGY, COMMUNICATION & PROMOTION
  • To coordinate training curriculum preparation and review activity.
  • To coordinate activity on Training Provider selection.
  • To coordinate training module evaluation activity.
  • To coordinate Training Module preparation in meeting training needs.
  • To coordinate activity on E-Learning contents preparation.
  • Coordinate subsidiaries training program.
  • Communication and promotion of learning trough relevant medium.
  • Training Delivery Record & Editing for future reference.

Requirements

Requirements:                       

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRD/HRM, Training Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Experience in Training & Development is considered an advantage.
  • Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills with strong moral character, good analytical skills, and high passion in Learning & Development.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good command with Microsoft Word and Excel as a minimum condition.
  • Location: Based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
