Job Description

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately     
  • Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information about the Dealership                                                 
  • Book customers for Service appointments using a reservation system.       
  • Providing customer support via phone and face-to-face at the dealership       
  • Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty
  • Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes in respective systems to support the program.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidates, preferably female should be minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification 
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service environment or hospitality industry 
  • Good command in spoken and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roles
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Highly motivated personnel who can work independently, creatively and result-oriented.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
